My name is Cody Nelson. I am a husband, father and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Reading and studying the scriptures is something I try to make a priority in my life. I have come to know Jesus Christ in the pages of the Book of Mormon. This year I determined to write a poem for every chapter in the Book of Mormon. This was an attempt to keep my often distracted mind focused on the text and its central messages. These poems are also my attempt to share my witness of Jesus Christ and of this uniquely inspired book.
